  001,   MATURE CONTENT.

If you are easily bothered by mature themes, then this isn't the account for you. That being said, if i ever post anything that you’re not okay with or that triggers you, Please let me know! The last thing I want to do is harm someone with my writing. THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MINORS. I will not write with anyone under the age of eighteen. There are no exceptions to this rule. I would prefer those I write with are twenty one but 18+ is also acceptable.

  002,   INTERACTIONS.

My accounts are and always will be a safe place for me. I reserve the right to block those who make me uncomfortable. Bringing drama my way, being rude, racist, homophobic, ableist or transphobic will get you blocked. I always put my real life first. However, i will always give notice if a reply will take longer than a week. I would appreciate it if my writing partners would do the same.

  003,   SHIPPING.

All ships are based purely on chemistry and will only be developed between two consenting adults. I will participate in writing lewd upon request, only given that both the writers and the characters are the appropriate age. It will not be written with anyone under the age of eighteen for obvious reasons, and so your honesty involving this is a must. There must always be chemistry otherwise I find it pointless & boring.

  004,   WRITING EXPECTATIONS.

I understand that people are prone to spelling mistakes and typos, so you don't have to worry about making a few mistakes. However, if it gets to the point where I cannot understand you, I shall address it. Returning the same amount of effort is extremely important to me. That being said, I can do anything from novella to one-liner. Just give me something to work with and all should be fine.

  005,   TRIGGER WARNINGS.

Trigger warnings for this account and character include; strong language, loss, self harm, death, murder, mental health struggles, ocd struggles, torture. These will be tagged when necessary. If there is something in particular you need tagged, please reach out and let me know so that I can add it accordingly.

  006,   SELECTIVENESS.

This account, like all my others, remains selective when it comes to interactions. This is not because of my ego but simply because I struggle with anxiety and don't want to overwhelm myself. That being said, I do love developing and my messages are always open to do so even if it takes me a little bit to reply. I appreciate everyone's understanding when it comes to this.

  ABILITIES.

WANDLESS MAGIC.       Keira has always found wandless magic easy due to the ancestral magic she carries within. Having her wand only enhances the strength of her magic and helps make it more accurate.      OCCLUMENCY.       Keira learned occlumency before she arrived at Hogwarts as a Healer believed it would help with the mental struggles she suffered from, such as her OCD or anxiety.      LEGILIMENCY.       This skill came hand in hand with her occlumency, although it took longer to learn.      ANCESTRAL MAGIC.       The King family were big believers in Ancestral Magic. Each time an heir is born, a ritual is preformed in order to give said heir access to the magic. Keira’s was simply enhanced due to the fact she siphoned her mothers magic upon her death.

  WEAKNESSES.

WANDLESS MAGIC.       Rhis can be unpredictable, especially when she gets upset or emotional. She often suffers from bursts of accidental magic when her emotions are high, hence her need for Occlumency.      OCCLUMENCY.       Long usage of such a skill can leave her feeling drained. It also leaves permanent damage to her ability to feel emotions, often leaving her childhood memories devoid of emotion.      LEGILIMENCY.       She is not well skilled at this magic. Keira is unable to perform it without hurting her target and often leaves permanent damage behind.      ANCESTRAL MAGIC.       Her magic can often be overwhelming, especially with it enhanced by her Ancestors. It also leaves a mental burden that she is not living up to their expectations.      OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER.       The disorder stems from her trauma. Keira feels the overwhelming need for everything to be perfect. It first became noticeable to her father when she began counting every time before she did anything. It slowly began to get worse as she grew older, spreading into her need for cleanliness and all of her things organised perfectly. It is the main reason that she does not like being touched unless by her close friends.      ANXIETY/DEPRESSION.       The loss of her mother was something that Keira never got over. Finding her body at such a young age left permanent damage. Keira is constantly on edge about losing someone else that she cares for. She also struggles with spouts of depression, usually surrounding the date of her mothers death every year.

KEIRA.

  THE KING FAMILY HEIR,   backstory.

Amongst the few pureblood families in high society, was the King family. The King’s had been around for centuries and were very proud of the fact. While not as rich as The Malfoy family, they still had more than enough for their family to be comfortable for generations. The King family wealth came from a series of books. The author was kept anonymous, which allowed them to be able to pass down the title from heir to heir in order to keep their income flowing. However, as it was anonymous, most of the men in the family took jobs at The Ministry. Just as other pureblood families did, the King’s had their own set of traditions. They strongly believed in blood purity and forced that belief into their children's heads. Each and every King family member had attended Hogwarts and every single one of them had been sorted into Slytherin. They married other Slytherin’s, they talked down on the other houses. They spoke of half bloods as if they had some kind of disease, that it was such a shame for them to be the way they were. And they spoke of muggle borns like they were nothing. Dirt. Barely even a thought. A smear on their magic and on their world.Sebastian King, son and heir to Edward and Cassiopeia King, was another success in their eyes. He was smart, he was motivated and he was Slytherin. Unlike the rest of his family, Sebastian had his own views of his family's prejudice. He still strongly believed in keeping their bloodline pure and clean but he didn't agree with their hatred for the other houses in his school. He made his opinion on that matter very clear when he began to court a member of Gryffindor named Clara Selwyn. It was clear to see that Sebastian was smitten with Clara. He wanted to marry her, even if it meant being tossed aside by his family. Luckily for him, the King’s weren't like that. They accepted his choice. Perhaps it was because Clara came from such a sacred family or because they saw just how in love Sebastian had been but either way, they accepted the relationship. And the marriage. So, Sebastian and Clara married exactly a month after graduating from Hogwarts. Sebastian took up his job at The Ministry, Clara opened a small bakery in Diagon Alley. They were so happy. They were so in love. So deeply in love that when Clara found out she was pregnant, Sebastian took a week off work for them to celebrate. Unlike the rest of his family, he didn't care if it was a boy or not. The child would still be his heir and he would love him or her no matter what. Because it wasn't just his child, but Clara’s too. And the love he felt for Clara was the best thing he'd ever felt in all of his life.On the fourth of august, 1980, a beautiful baby girl was brought into the world. She had her fathers dark eyes and her mothers blonde hair. Sebastian had thought that there was no one in the world that he could love more than Clara but the second his daughter's hand wrapped around his finger, he knew that wasn't true. It took them three whole weeks to decide on her name. First name, Keira. Middle name, Cassiopeia. After her grandmother. And of course, King. Sebastian and Clara were even happier than before. With their daughter. Their amazing child who had already begun to show her magic at just three months old. It was around then that Clara found herself pregnant again. While they had wanted to wait, Clara and Sebastian were still over the moon at the idea of another child. Keira would have a friend, she wouldn't have to grow up alone — ever. Both Sebastian and Clara had been an only child and they'd both hated it. Keira wouldn't have to live that way.And so, another nine months later, their second daughter was born. This time, on the final day of August. They named her Catherine Clara King. After Clara’s mother. Catherine was almost the opposite of her sister. She had her father’s dark hair and her fathers green eyes. Still, her parents loved her just as much as they loved Keira. Unfortunately, their little family's happiness was short-lived. Exactly two months after the birth of Catherine, on Halloween, tragedy struck them. Sebastian had taken the girls out to find halloween costumes, wanting to surprise his wife. Keira, who was already up and walking around at her young age, had climbed the staircase in order to find her mothers study. She'd stumbled her way down the hallway, little devil horns secured on her head as a large flash of green came from the slightly ajar doorway that led to her mother.Keira continued forward, pushing open the door in time to see a large amount of black smoke disappearing out of the window. Her mother lay on the floor, unmoving. Not breathing. But Keira assumed she was sleeping. Because she was only one year old, she didn't even know what death was yet. So, she slumped onto the floor next to her mother, placing her little hands on her mothers bare arm and giving her a shake. A ball of light left her mothers chest, floating toward Keira. The inside was gold and bright. So bright that Keira barely noticed the black ring around it. She didn't hear her father shouting her name as she reached up for the ball of light, grasping it into her tiny hands. A giggle left her lips as it flew from her hands and into her chest, spreading through her. What Keira didn't know then was that it wasn't just a ball of light, it had been her mothers magic. And Keira had absorbed it all. In doing so, Keira had set her fate. She had created a new prophecy.“ A life has been taken. Magic has found a new host. Destruction has begun. She will be our downfall, or our saviour. There is no light. Only darkness. She will be swallowed by the darkness. ”Clara King née Selwyn was killed on the last night of October, 1981. Murdered by a loyal follower of Voldemort for refusing to join his ranks. She left behind two daughters she barely got to raise and a husband she barely got to love. From there, the household grew cold. Sebastian tried his best to raise his daughters the way Clara would have wanted. But it was hard when he couldn't seem to find his heart. He tried to find it with girlfriend after girlfriend. But they weren't Clara. They would never be Clara. So, he tried to fill the void in different ways. Which included picking up his old friendship with Lucius Malfoy. And then, Keira began to make him worry. It seemed like her magic was almost too much for her to control. He was tired of his light bulbs shattering and The Manor they called home shaking whenever she had one of what he called her ‘ meltdowns. ’ Sebastian tried sending her to multiple mindhealers but they found nothing. He had just begun to consider muggle therapy when another idea came to him. Perhaps his daughter simply needed a distraction. A friend. One that wasn't her sister. It was then, at five years old, that Keira was introduced to Draco Malfoy. Keira and Draco had spent the day in the gardens at Malfoy Manor, watching the peacocks. It was then and there that they made the decision to be friends. Best Friends, actually. Something that was set in stone by a pinky promise. From there, Keira, Catherine and Sebastian would spend every single summer with the Malfoy family. Although Lucius and Sebastian tended to do their own thing, leaving Narcissa to look after the three children. Sebastian slowly stopped attending altogether, sending Catherine off to spend time with their grandparents while Keira was left with The Malfoy family. Then, in what felt like six incredibly short years, it was time to go to Hogwarts. Keira and Catherine had spent most of their lives waiting for the moment they got to go away to Hogwarts. The train ride was spent huddled together, whispering about all the things they would get to do. Share a dorm, classes, and friends. They'd spend every single moment side by side. Keira was sure of it. Her, Catherine and Draco. It was all she needed. When Draco was sorted into Slytherin, Keira had clapped loudly for him, knowing that it was what he had wanted. When the hat was placed on her head, Keira screwed her eyes shut. She wanted to make her family proud. Her father. She wanted to be with Draco. She knew exactly where she was supposed to be. And she told the hat as much, trying not to frown when it's laugh bounced around her head.“ My, my. Aren't you just filled to the brim with magic? Oh yes, I see it down. Lingering, wrapping around you. Trying to swallow you whole. Don't worry, little witch. I already know where you're supposed to be. ”Her breath hitched, her hands curling into fists.“ SLYTHERIN. ”And then, she could breathe. Keira skipped off the stage, a grin on her lips as she hurried over to the empty seat beside Draco. Their fingers twisted together under the table as they grinned at each other. Keira eventually looked away as her sister was called up to the hat. She shuffled to the side slightly, making room for Catherine on the bench. But then the hat spoke. And Keira felt her smile disappearing. She watched in shock as her sister moved from the stage and over to the Gryffindor table, turning to look at Keira with tears in her eyes. So, Keira did what she always did. She protected Catherine. She forced a grin on her lips, giving her sister a thumbs up and a nod before turning her head to look at Draco. Inside, it felt as if her heart was cracking. There would be no shared dorm. There would be hardly any shared classes. And there would absolutely not be any shared friends. Catherine was a Gryffindor and Keira was a Slytherin. Just like their parents. And Keira knew how that story ended. Keira refused to let that happen. She refused to lose another person, especially not Catherine. Not her sister. Keira felt that there was only one way to protect herself and those she cared about. And that was to be feared. So, Keira became cruel. Her reputation grew quickly, especially with people constantly comparing her to Catherine. Because Catherine was warm, kind and welcoming. Like the sun. Keira was cold, heartless, she rarely let anyone see who she really was. Like the moon. It didn't take long before her classmates decided on a nickname they deemed suitable for her. The ‘ She Devil ’ of Hogwarts. Still, Keira made friends. She had Draco, of course. But then there were her dorm mates. First came Pansy Parkinson. They became fast friends. Keira wasn't even sure how it happened but Pansy wormed her way into her heart. Then, there was Daphne Greengrass. Keira and Daphne bonded over books, often staying up late to discuss their favourites. And finally, there was Millicent Bulstrode. Keira felt sorry for Millicent. She seemed to find it difficult to make friends. So, Keira swept her into their little group. Keira made herself a new home. With a new family. With people who liked her for who she was underneath the facade she put up. They didn't shy away from the darkness that swirled inside her, instead they appreciated it. Her classes were going well, even if Dumbledore had suggested that she keep the fact she could do wandless magic to herself. And for the first time in years, Keira felt like everything might just be okay. For now, at least.
